At the roastery, coffee drinkers can get much closer to the process of creating the drinks they love. Each step is visible in a new way. Just behind the counter, coffee is roasted and cold brewed to supply all the Woods locations. The best-of-the-best Woods baristas are on hand to teach about coffee and the process.

The roastery features a simplified menu that is, “less about milk and more about coffee,” according to Woods owner, Wes Herman.
