Everybody wants to have breakfast in their mother’s kitchen, at least that’s the theory of Over Easy restaurant founder Brad May. That’s why he designed a restaurant to look just like the kitchen in his own childhood home.

When franchise owner Jamie Bohnett brought Over Easy to Bellingham, he knew it would take more than charm get Bellinghamsters into his James Street location. Fortunately, he also came armed with some serious know-how and a great staff.

Breakfast at Over Easy is balanced–hearty but not heavy, straight-forward but well polished. Eggs are, of course, the specialty, but plenty of goodness comes off the griddle at Over Easy too including some stellar pancakes.
