You’ll have to keep one eye on Instagram and Twitter to find out when and where Feast, Bellingham’s newest food truck, can next be found.
You might have seen them at the fair selling the reuben sandwiches for which they have become renowned. Or maybe you tried their fried chicken sandwich at the food truck rodeo last month. Or maybe you got a some of their fried cauliflower and truffle fries at Oktoberfest last week. If you did, consider yourself fortunate.
At the moment, Feast only brings out its wonderful menu for special events. You won’t see it parked outside one of the breweries or at the food truck patio each day of the week. At least not yet.
This event-centric soft open only adds to the mystique. But we hope, along with anyone who has tried their food, that the Feast truck soon finds a more permanent home.
