On the afternoon of Monday, October 31, Bellingham’s downtown businesses will be ready to welcome you and your costumed little ones with treats between 3p and 5p.
The Downtown Bellingham Partnership hosts the event each year on the business day closest to Halloween. This year the holiday landing on a business day.
