Bellingham takes great pride in its coffee. But—unless you’re willing to risk a major case of the jitters—exploring all the shops takes time.
Enter: The Cold Brew Coffee Crawl
On August 6, join a group of other aficionados on a tour of 11 different Bellingham shops and roasteries, and sample 2 ounces of cold brew at each.
The crawl starts at the Holly Street Bakery Cafe operated by the Community Food Co-Op, and then work your way through the other participating locations, most of whom are within walking distance.
Coffee brewed cold is generally smoother, less acidic, and more caffeinated than coffee brewed in more traditional methods. It’s all the rage, and some shops in town now serve it slightly carbonated with nitrogen (“on nitro” is how the cool kids say it) which adds a silky texture.
