Creative professionals from across our community gather once a month at the crack of dawn for Morning Jam, an event hosted by the Downtown Bellingham Partnership.
Unique for a community of our size, the event serves as a forum for creatives (anyone who makes things for a living) to hone their skills and meet others facing similar challenges.
Purposely scheduled at 7:30a, Morning Jam requires a little commitment. Attendees are challenged each month to make one small but meaningful investment in their craft. A speaker provides a little inspiration by sharing a project. Andy Phillips of Blackfin Design, whose work you might know from Elizabeth Station, spoke in June.
Now entering its second year, the August Morning Jam will feature a panel of past speakers, brought back to share updates on their project since they last spoke. If you’ve never attended, this will be a great month to jump in.
